Wellbeing Workshops

I was fortunate to deliver my workshops to a variety of individuals with differing needs.

My experience included helping long-term unemployed people secure employment and providing relief for those managing mental health issues.

I also found great fulfilment in offering stress relief to parents and children supporting other family members, as well as delivering training to youth workers and school chaplains.

Below are some highlights from my 14 years of delivering these stress reduction workshops.
